Jason "Chip" Ruff: "Making Dreams Come True One Home at A Time"Even though I grew up as a military brat and moved all around the country, I spent the majority of my upbringing here and I have always considered Jacksonville, North Carolina to be home. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, I attended Campbell University and UNC Charlotte before finally graduating with a Business Management degree while serving in the Marine Corps. My extremely supportive wife Hope and I have three amazing daughters. We take full advantage of living so close to such beautiful beaches and love spending time with family and friends.I had a small season in my life that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do career wise. I had multiple people in my life encourage me to pursue becoming a real estate agent. The more I looked into it, the more I truly felt called to it. Helping people has always been something I have been passionate about, and I will make it my mission and go full out when it comes to helping people find their dream home. With integrity and dedication, I will make your dream home desires and your family's needs my top priority!

Buyer reviewChip is a class act. Again he worked all day everyday to assist my family and appeared to genuinely care about our needs. Chip has our full trust and confidence and I will work with him in the future to sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about him and I really appreciate the time he sacrificed to help us buy our first home. I can recall a late night where he stayed up late researching a house we were interested in. He came back to us and stated the house was a bit over priced and speared headed the negotiations to lower the price. It did not work out; however, he continued to work diligently to find our home for us.

Buyer reviewI stated a lot in the survey already. It tooks is several months to find the home we bought. We put in bids on serveal homes but they feel through in no fault of chip. However, we looked from Snead's ferry to Swansboro and chip knew them. We talked through issues and weighed pro and cons. We negoioted with builders and realtors. All to reach a great deal. Once complete, Chip follows through. He stays in contact on still works on our behalf with agreed upon fixes. A professional and friend. Great job chip
