Jason "Chip" Ruff: "Making Dreams Come True One Home at A Time"Even though I grew up as a military brat and moved all around the country, I spent the majority of my upbringing here and I have always considered Jacksonville, North Carolina to be home. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, I attended Campbell University and UNC Charlotte before finally graduating with a Business Management degree while serving in the Marine Corps. My extremely supportive wife Hope and I have three amazing daughters. We take full advantage of living so close to such beautiful beaches and love spending time with family and friends.I had a small season in my life that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do career wise. I had multiple people in my life encourage me to pursue becoming a real estate agent. The more I looked into it, the more I truly felt called to it. Helping people has always been something I have been passionate about, and I will make it my mission and go full out when it comes to helping people find their dream home. Buyer reviewChip Ruff was recommend but family members who had used him in the past and he did not disappoint! To start we gave Chip a list of thing we wanted in a house and within 48 hrs he multiple places for us to start looking at. We bought sight unseen, which is a big risk. He went back to the house multiple times to take pictures and videos of different things we asked for. He worked at all hours of the day because we were on a 12 hr time difference and always got back to us in a timely manner. He handled all inspections with the upmost diligence. If you're looking for someone to trust, Chip Ruff is your man.

I never met Chip in person because I was out of state when I was selling my house, however, he accomplished everything in a timely manner and was great at explaining the process to me. When I needed to make contact with him he was great about getting back to me the same day and was always open-minded to anything I suggested. I would highly recommend Chip if any sales needs!
