Seller reviewWe saw in the Century 21 directory that Ms. Duvall had the highest broker ratings for the area the property is in, so she was our first choice.Because we don't live in the area where the property is located, Ms. Duvall handled all of the refurbishment and selling issues for us remotely. We really appreciated the time and effort she put into getting the property sold. We could not be happier with the work Ms. Duvall did for us with this property sale.

Seller reviewChristine is the absolute best. In every phase of the buying and selling process she was on top of everything. She made the purchase of a home that was beyond our imagination as effortless as it could have been. She follows through on everything she says she is going to do and manages the behind the scene stuff just as well. She treated the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home as if it were her own and used her knowledge to help us to make the best decisions for my wife and I. We feel like we invited a stranger into our house for the first consultation but throughout the process we gained an amazing friend. Not all parts of the selling process went smoothly for us. We had our share of set backs but Christine kept a level head and helped lead us to the best decisions. She stood up for us when she needed to and was thorough in her explanations on things that were happening as they were happening. If we had to go through buying and selling again I couldn't imagine doing it without her. The words that I type do not do it justice for how great of an agent, person or friend Christine really is. She worked very hard at arranging showing as quickly as possible since the house I was looking for would barely be on the market for just a few days. Christie found a house that not only met my location and needs list, she found one that also contain my wishlist! With her negotiating skills I was able to buy the house below the appraisal price! With her help, I also found a mortgage rate below what my current bank offered. She supported me throughout the entire process; explaining the smallest detail and helping me from finding my house to the signing.
