We somehow had the good fortune of coming into contact with Christine Duvall early on in our search for a new house. Not being from the area and having been out of the country for over 20 years I had no idea where to start. To make matters worse, I was only able to visit the area for one day, so it was very important to prioritize and streamline our itinerary. Finding Christine was like striking gold, she immediately understood what I was looking for and began providing perspective properties before we even met. I knew I had the right realtor when I woke to an email sent at 0540 on that one day adding final tweaks to our plan. As our property search progressed Christine continued to refine the focus of our search based on my feedback, at this point her skill as a realtor really came to bear, she eliminated all the static in a very busy market allowing us to concentrate on just the properties that she knew met our budget, space needs and that we could truly call a home. She was the driving force in changing our house hunt into a search for a home. Ms. Duvall was a superb choice as a representative she applied her excellent knowledge of the area and it's market to find us the perfect home and location, but she didn't stop there. She continued providing excellent support through purchase and closing. Personally insuring all the inspections, issue remediation and other coordination with the seller was completed. She even conducting the walk through and collected the keys on my behalf. Saving me the expense of traveling to the U.S. for closing.

Christine was wonderful! Throughout the sale of our home, Christine was patient and understanding as we were first time home sellers. She was conscious of our family needs with two small children and a dog so that showings didn't impose too much on us. She also did a wonderful job explaining the process, giving us suggestions for staging our home, and recommending other vendors for any last minute help that we needed. Her attention to detail is really reassuring and it really made our house shine in the pictures! We are so grateful we had Christine represent us through this process!

From step one, Christine Duvall was so friendly and helpful. She has a vast knowledge of the home buying process and was always available as we moved through each phase. We would highly recommend her and would use her again in the future.
