Christie had a very hard task since I was looking at a very specific location, which was also in very high demand. She worked very hard at arranging showing as quickly as possible since the house I was looking for would barely be on the market for just a few days. Christie found a house that not only met my location and needs list, she found one that also contain my wishlist! With her negotiating skills I was able to buy the house below the appraisal price! With her help, I also found a mortgage rate below what my current bank offered. She supported me throughout the entire process; explaining the smallest detail and helping me from finding my house to the signing.
