Seller reviewThe first meeting with Christine she was very informative and listened to our needs. She was not pushy and made us feel very comfortable. Christine was not only selling my home but my mother's home as well. Christine is a true professional and very knowledgeable in her field. She always had a very cheerful and friendly outlook even when I may have pushed buttons during this stressful process. I do not believe that I could have selected a better realtor! Christine's approach to advertisement was wonderful! My house sold with the second client that was shown the house. The comment was they loved the pictures of the house when they saw them on realtor.com. Christine was there to guide me through every step of this process! My experience with the sell and purchase of my houses was a very difficult experience, but with the dedication Christine showed she guided me through it and now I am in my new home! I don't believe that I could have selected a better realtor!

Buyer reviewChristine Duvall represented us both for our recent home sale and home purchase. She went out of her way to try to coordinate both sides to minimize the impact to our family. She was cognizant that we have small children and moving is hard on them too! Our home purchase was complicated with a septic failure that the sellers had to fix - Christine was extremely knowledgeable about the work and the county requirements. She helped guide us through the process and tried to assist the sellers' agent to keep the process moving. Christine was on top of every little detail and kept us informed on the activity and the work. Christine was incredibly patient with us - we were always asking lots of questions and anxiously looking for updates! She really does strive to find the perfect home for her clients...she is amazing and I'd recommend her to anybody!
