Seller reviewFirst, I must say Christine is AWESOME! She has been my realtor on both the purchase and sale of my house and I could not have asked for a better person. She goes above and beyond in every aspect of the home-buying and selling process. Her relationship with other agents, the title companies, local contractors, landscapers, etc. proves the level of respect she has within the industry. Not only is Christine tremendously professional and hard-working, but she truly cares about her clients and their needs. The level of care, consideration, and attention to detail she provides is hard to find. With Christine, you have more than a realtor – you have a friend.

Buyer reviewWe moved from Michigan to Fredericksburg for a job opportunity and we found Christine by looking at realtor.com reviews and recommendations. It really stood out that Christine had so many more recommendations than other realtors. I was skeptical at first, but hoping for a similar experience. Christine definitely lived up to our expectations and then some. She took the time to understand our situation and what we were looking for in a house. The thing I appreciated the most from Christine was her honesty. She helped us avoid some bad decisions and really helped us negotiate the price of the house. I would highly recommend her for anyone moving to this area.

Buyer reviewThis was my second time to engage with Christine as my Buyer's agent. Expertise in the community, location, and multiple thorough walk-thru's/showings to identify problems prior to purchase was essential to influence the offer and enter into a purchasing contract for the new home. Due to long personal working hours, most of the communications occurred after hours and on the weekend. Christine was quick to respond the same day. Communications throughout contracting to closing were very clear. Due to faults found during the home inspection, it was necessary to add addendum for the seller's to complete and a re-inspection to verify the faults were fixed prior to purchase. There were many examples of ethics as our buyer's agent where Christine stepped up to include addendums for the sellers to fix items before moving to purchase. Had Christine not been working for my interests to protect my home purchase, I could have been stuck with an expensive repair bill after closing. Thank you!
