My real estate career began in vacation management on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In 2005, I began listing and selling property from Corolla to South Nags Head and on Roanoke Island where I live. Buyer reviewMoving from the north during a national pandemic would be challenging for anyone--but Colleen Shriver made what could have been a far more painful move, very comfortable. Her willingness to answer our questions and meet our needs were always her top priority, or so it seemed. We often forgot that we weren't her only clients; she's that personable. Though there were a few sticky points during the process of the purchase, she made herself available and continually advocated for us with the sellers and the seller's attorney. We quickly came to trust her word. And, purchasing the house without the ability to see it first hand was scary.. but Coleen was quick to offer her time to give us a "walk through" were we could have her open drawers, see the closets, measure off the living space. We appreciated Colleen's forthright approach and ability to ask the hard questions. We would recommend her to just about anyone, but specifically someone that is coming from out of town and needing a personal touch.
