My real estate career began in vacation management on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In 2005, I began listing and selling property from Corolla to South Nags Head and on Roanoke Island where I live. Buyer reviewWe first worked with Colleen last year and was in the process of buying a different property when our daughter became very ill. We decided not to go on with relocating at that time and Colleen was so kind and helpful through it all. She treated us like family instead of someone she had only met a short time ago. There was never any thought to working with another agent or office. Colleen was very detailed oriented and gave us the answers to the many questions we had quickly and efficiently. If for some reason she didn't know the answer--which was rarely--she made sure to find it out for us the same day. We couldn't have been more pleased.
