Seller review"Outstanding" summarizes my experience with Mr. Daniel Di Matteo. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and as such, I tend to have high expectations when I am the in the role of the customer which is another way of stating that I am not easily impressed. Having said this, my experience with Daniel was amazing. Daniel was always quick to respond, polite, and professional. He explained technical and complicated issues in ways that made them easy to understand. Especially impressive when you consider that I live 3,000 miles away from the property he sold for me. As such, I am very grateful for the services he provided and would strongly recommend him to other potential real estate customers.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we were apprehensive about meeting with an agent, so we did as much homework beforehand as possible. Before meeting with Daniel we had already found the house we wanted to make an offer on, and had an idea for the price we were going to offer. We were looking for a broker with experience in the Chula Vista area to guide us through the buying process and check that our offer was reasonable. We chose Daniel because of his quick and professional response, his knowledge of the Chula Vista area, and he didn't come across as pushy. Daniel counseled us through the offer process and and a quick 21 day escrow, and while navigating home inspections and repairs is never relaxing, he made it as painless as possible. We would recommend Daniel because he was patient, accessible, knowledgeable, and thorough.
