Buyer reviewDoug had a challenge having me as a client. For one, I lived in Southern California while waiting for my property to sell down south. Then having to deal with hiccups in that property selling and constantly maintaining communication with me and my realtor down south. Very challenging. He was very professional and kept my best interest at heart. Thank you, Doug. You helped me begin my new life in my hometown.

He helped me set reasonable expectations and gave me good suggestions such as having a pest inspection completed early. The buyer had some issues and he dealt with everything expertly and kept me informed. He recommended a contractor for work that was needed to close the sale, and I was happy with the price and performance. He was very quick to respond to every communication and explained the various steps and requirements fully. I felt that he worked hard for me and deserved every penny of his commission.
