Buyer reviewDoug has worked with me on three separate purchase transactions in Yuba County during the latter part of 2019. Two of the three transactions required a 1031 exchange. From the beginning, I have been very impressed with Doug's communication skills and his knowledge of residential real estate, in general, and the local market in specific. As a buyer's agent, Doug handled my transactions in an exemplary manner. His attention to detail, negotiating ability, and due diligence skills are incredible. I was simply amazed by the degree of his research and extra digging into all aspects of these transactions (e.g. Section-8 housing rules, building inspections, and building permit process for the rehab work done by the seller). Overall, Doug far exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent/broker. I have been extremely satisfied with Doug's professional service and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs real estate assistance and advice.

Buyer reviewDoug was very friendly and definitely was on "our side" throughout the entire experience. He fought to get us something that met all our needs but also remained in our price range. He was quick to offer advice and opinions on matters that we were not familiar being as we are first time home buyers. He was very flexible and was willing to work around our crazy tight schedule and even drove us to each location offing water and soda for the ride. After the house closed he came buy with a house warming gift and overall felt like a friend we could trust.
