Buyer reviewDoug contacted me thru a referral service for a property that I found for sale on Zillow website. After our initial discussion, I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge of the residential real estate business, in general, and the local market in specific. We ended up working on two other transactions beside this one. Doug handled this transaction as well as the two subsequent transactions in an exemplary manner. His attention to detail and his negotiating skills are incredible. I am extremely satisfied with his service and will recommend him to anyone who needs real estate assistance and advice. Doug far exceeded my expectations of an agent//broker in all aspects of the real estate transaction. I was amazed by the amount of his research into Section-8 rental process and communication to me. In another instance, Doug researched the building condition, and "unearthed" outstanding building permits, and followed up on those with the Building Department and the seller. This act of due diligence had a tremendous monetary impact to me, the buyer, opened the way for further negotiation. In addition to the above examples of due diligence, Doug is extremely hard working, incredibly easy to work with, attentive to his client needs, and knowledgeable of the local market.
