I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. Seller reviewElaine Smith is very knowledgeable professional who knows the North Central CT/Western MA housing market. She knew how to best paint and prepare our house for sale in the Suffield market, who would be the likely buyers and how to help price the house to move in a sluggish market. She was very direct and on time with all of her communications to us all they way down at our new home in FL. It was her marketing and pricing plan, combined with her willingness to keep our refresh contractor on track, that enable us to get our house sold in a week for the target price we were shooting for. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell a house in the North Central CT area.

Seller reviewElaine Smith stuck by me in a very difficult sale. Handled a very difficult sale that no one else has been able to do for well over 10 years. Seemed to know just how to handle this sale. Seems to be a very friendly caring place. Again this was a very difficult sale and Elaine Smith made it tolerable and in the end successful. Which I was beginning to think would never happen.
