I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. I think my particular property was a challenging one -- a short sale condo -- and probably a nightmare from an agent's perspective. However, her industry expertise allowed her to put me in contact with a whole team of related professionals, such as legal and loss mitigation experts, who helped provide the support and knowledge necessary to help us sell this property. Given its short sale status, this was not a particularly high-value home, and I'm sure Elaine could've easily made more commission on another property, but was committed to helping me sell this home: a real demonstration of her dedication to putting her clients first.
