Buyer reviewI cannot say enough good things about our experience with Emily Miller as our realtor! Buying from out of state is stressful, but Emily conveyed all local knowledge to help us narrow down a location and set expectations, FaceTimed us through the good and bad of houses, and hit the ground running with us once we were finally in Iowa. This was a difficult time to buy due to the low inventory and high demand, but because of Emily's quick response to houses becoming available, mastermind of negotiations, and connections with local companies, we were able to find our beautiful, forever home and close on it quickly. We'll be referring her to all friends and family looking to sell or buy in the future. Thank you so much for everything, Emily!

Buyer reviewEmily is a fantastic realtor and was so great to work with during the process of purchasing our first home! She did an excellent job making sure we understood all of the intricacies and was very attentive towards our wishes as we searched! As we viewed houses, she always gave great information and things to consider, but was never overbearing and gave us good space to view and discuss as well. When it came time to put an offer in, we really appreciated how she took care of everything for us even when she was out of town for some personal time! Finally, she did excellent work as our advocate when inspecting the house and negotiating final details. We had an excellent experience working with Emily and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

I didn't know what to look for and when viewing a home she would point out things that didn't look great or were in great condition that I wouldn't realize is a big pain to fix. I was prepared for a realtor that just tried to sell any house to me and get their commission. Instead, she was honest, reliable, trustworthy and FUN when viewing homes. I could not have done this without her!

Buyer reviewI'm so glad I chose to work with Emily Miller for my home purchase. I wanted someone who listened to me and didn't discount my preferences and opinions. I felt like Emily took the time to hear what I was saying. Another realtor I spoke with made me feel like what I was looking for wasn't going to be possible. Emily was honest with me about the challenges of finding homes with the specs I wanted but also found me listings that fit the bill. She really went above and beyond - there was a stretch of time where we were seeing a new house every single day because things would come on the market and they'd be gone if we waited longer than that. But she was always great about finding time in her schedule and spending time in houses with me, and for the two offers I put in, Emily moved quick with comps and the offer details so that we could be competitive. And when there was an issue with my house after closing, Emily advocated for me with the listing agent and found a solution that worked well. I was thrilled with the whole home-buying experience working with Emily.
