She did an excellent job making sure we understood all of the intricacies and was very attentive towards our wishes as we searched! As we viewed houses, she always gave great information and things to consider, but was never overbearing and gave us good space to view and discuss as well. When it came time to put an offer in, we really appreciated how she took care of everything for us even when she was out of town for some personal time! Finally, she did excellent work as our advocate when inspecting the house and negotiating final details. Emily was phenomenal at guiding me as a first time home buyer. I didn't know what to look for and when viewing a home she would point out things that didn't look great or were in great condition that I wouldn't realize is a big pain to fix.
