Buyer reviewEnrique is the best! He sold our house so quickly and he was also our agent when we bought 2 condos. He also sold our friend's home. He knows how to sell your house and knows how to present your home to potential buyers. We listed our house on the market and after 4-6 days we had a buyer and closed within 19 days! He's very detail oriented and is always available for you if you have any questions and concerns. Enrique is very reliable, honest and is always on top of things throughout the sale or purchase of your home. He's a real deal maker, great negotiator and he knows what brings buyers in and knows how to make a deal when purchasing a home. His team at Century 21 Masters are all excellent with great work ethics. They know how to get the job done and are all highly professionals. My husband and I are very happy with Enrique and his team. Seller reviewEnrique Vasquez-Plaza is everything one would want in a realtor. My husband and I have owned multiple properties and usually we sell our properties ourselves. We do all the fix-up and everything needed (including the paperwork) to sell the property. However, my husband had a stroke a few months ago and we decided to use a realtor. After interviewing several realtors, we chose Enrique Vasquez-Plaza because of his RE knowledge, enthusiasm, high energy and positive attitude. Enrique has excellent people, communication and marketing skills AND Enrique returns phone calls promptly. The subject property located in Fontana was a rental for many years and required some spiffing up. Enrique took care of EVERYTHING including getting bids from vendors, supervising the fix-up work, staging, getting fabulous pics of the property and holding a successful open house. He also found the buyer! The property sold in 12 hours for the listed price. We had expected lower offers. Enrique did an outstanding job of marketing and keeping us well-informed. The escrow went smoothly and closed on a timely basis thanks to Enrique. We are more than satisfied with the whole process. Enrique is our Super Hero!
