Buyer reviewTwo things that I really like about Enrique is that he is very knowledgeable and that he always answers the phone. In the rare event that he doesn't, he calls back within minutes. I never felt that I was being pushed, as I did with two other agents I had. All my questions were answered thoroughly and explained when I asked for further clarification. He treated my family and I with respect and professionalism. The main reason I would recommend Enrique to others is that he always takes care of his clients. He always tells his clients what's best, but never pushes them. He helped me save my initial deposit of over $25,000 by pressing and contacting the right people. A few tips that are useful when working with Enrique in order for the whole process to be fast and easy: - Tell Enrique, in a detailed manner, the kind of house/property you are looking for. This will help him find you what you want. Trust me, he will do it fast! - Always have everything ready as soon as possible. This will help expedite the process. Also, if you have any questions, ask! He will answer his phone. - Respond your phone as soon as possible to have a good and continuous communication. This will help him help you. - Be open and direct about your questions and concerns!!
