Seller reviewEric was essential to the prepping and sale of my house. While final preparations to the house were being completed, Eric was helping with overseeing the work and keeping an eye on my property while I was out of town. I don't believe any another agent could of given the support that Eric Did. When we went on the market he got me over asking price and closed in less than 30 days. I couldn't of asked for better service from Eric and the whole Team. Dan O'Brien

I was needing to sell due to a pending relocation and had used Eric's services to previously purchase this home and knew I could trust him now with the sale. It was a very intense market and Eric was extremely helpful navigating the sale process and worked to help me find another wonderful Century21 Realtor to help me purchase a new home out of state. Eric's knowledge of the market and area was instrumental in helping me sell my home quickly and smoothly. Eric did a fantastic job and I'm very grateful for all his hard work and support!

Buyer reviewThis was our first time working with Eric Polansky and will not be the last. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the San Diego area. He knows the market, the area, the process, what to expect, what not to expect, and is genuinely an amazing person. He went above and beyond on customer service and communication. He was always available to us by phone, text or email. If he was going to be out of pocket for another showing or meeting, he would let us know and when he would be available again. His compassion and understanding went a long way as our closing was not an easy one (due to lender- NOT Eric or Century 21). I would now consider him a friend because of the relationship we built throughout the process. I can't thank Eric enough for all of the time, caring and ease he provided us during the months we spent with him while purchasing our home. So, if you are in the market to buy or sell a home, don't waste your time on anyone else, call Eric Polansky with Century 21. He is BEYOND AMAZING!

Seller reviewI had my mind set on using another agent but wanted to interview one more. Very glad I took that next step! Eric was miles ahead of the competition with his knowledge of the current market values as well as his display of confidence and people skills. Within minutes I knew he was the person I wanted representing me as the seller. As a custom home builder of nearOy 40 years, I know a lot about certain items of importance when selling a home however Eric added some very sensible suggestions which I followed and it payed off big time. Not only did he have buyers lined up with generous offers, it happened almost immediately. If I have any real estate needs or transactions in the future, there is no doubt that he will be my go to agent! As a bonus, we have become good friends and his integrity and character speak volumes. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about your investment and will put in the time and work hard for you, look no further. The only other comment I can give is that everything from signing of our contract to and through the closing process went extremely smoothly. It was a painless experience and we had some fun with the process.
