Buyer reviewEric Polansky was extremely helpful through the entire house search and home purchase process. His recommendations for a mortgage broker and house inspection company were excellent and also the on line collaboration portal with email updates was really fantastic because of my hectic work schedule - I travel quite a bit and really loved using the collaboration portal to do the home searches. Eric was very thoughtful in his explanation of each step of the bidding process and took time to explain the documents and what I could expect at each phase of the purchase and escrow process. His experience in the area and knowledge on the details of the development (construction) of the areas I was searching for was also very helpful. I will definitely recommend Eric to colleagues and friends should they be in need of a teal estate agent. Thank you for your help Eric Polansky!!

Buyer reviewEric is one of the best agents I have met. He is patient, honest and cares about his clients. He made many accommodations for me For all the different times I wanted to see the home. I have bought several other homes before and I can tell you from experience that Eric very good at what he does. He is very patient, knowledgeable and professional. I hope to work with him next time I buy or sell another home.

Seller reviewMy property sale was associated with a trust/probate and had to be done quickly while trying to achieve the highest selling price. Eric was highly engaged and guided me at every step, from fielding multiple offers to keeping on top of what was happening during escrow. As a resident of hte same zipcode, he was knowledgeable of the neighborhood and even stepped in to help with things that needed attention at the property since I live outside the local area. I didn't have to make a trip to the property because he took care of everything that came up. Sold the property and closed escrow in just under 3 weeks! Very happy with the service and results he achieved!
