Seller reviewMr. Polansky had been involved in marketing in the area and had introduced himself in the past. In evaluating for the sale three agents were contacted, but none seemed to have the knowledge and expertise of the area we were looking for. Mr. Polansky evaluated the property and established the highest value and exceeded that value by 10%! We were extremely happy with his professionalism, knowledge of the area, and assistance in selling the home for us. if there was an option above "excellent" I would rate Mr. Polansky above excellent. He met a very high "gold standard" for our family.
