Seller reviewGene Sementilli is our Realtor for life. He helped us buy our home in Baltimore City and 10 years later he helped us sell it for a great price. When we were listing the house he asked me what I wanted to get for the house. When it sold, we got exactly the number I wanted. Gene is very professional and answers his phone day and night. When we purchased our second home there were some complications and he really helped us hang in there and guide us through every step. Gene puts in so much time to go to work for you and I recommend him for first time homebuyers or anyone else. I know her works above and beyond what would be expected for the small commission he makes on the purchase of a home. I am grateful he was a part of selling our first home at a profit because I feel like he finally got his payday for all the long hours I had him work for us!
