Buyer reviewMr. Gene Sementilli exhibited extreme dedication to his client and his profession. I requested on a couple of occasions that he prepare an offer for a listed home late at night. He graciously prepared the offers without hesitation. The documents were prepared and emailed to me late for my signatures. He is the agent that you would like to have representing you in your search for your special home. As a further elaboration, Mr. Gene Sementilli takes the time to clearly explain the process of purchasing or selling a home and answer all questions.

He assured me the neighborhood was excellent for me and my family which showed me he understood and took seriously the things that were a priority for me. He guided me thru what price to offer and what conditions I wanted as well. My first offer wasn't accepted but Gene delivered the bad news with such companion and encouragement. My 2nd was accepted and I LOVE my house!!! I couldn't ask for a better agent and Gene has been my family's agent for over 15 years guiding us to buy and sell over 10 properties! I really lost count. Gene is knowledgable about real estate and he has proven his expertise every time. I trust him and that's exactly the characteristic needed when dealing with one of the biggest and most valuable purchases of your life! Wherever Gene Sementilli is, I'll be there and I'll refer my friends to him too!

He recommended some updates to repairs and also made some recommendations on staging as well. Gene also saved me a lot of money because I planed on making some costly repairs that were cosmetic and specific to me and would not have been beneficial to a potential buyer. This was my first sale and Gene made me feel comfortable that he had my best interest in mind. I was more than a client with a sale, I was a person that needed a trusted expert to guide me and my family to our next home! He delivered during a pandemic! THANKS GENE!
