Seller reviewWe have been with Gene for a number of years and we were highly impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He's helped us with the sale of several of our rental properties and provided top notch service and guidance. And some of the properties were not in the best locations and in one the situation was troubling. Nevertheless, the same type of service was provided and we could never thank him enough. He is outstanding and to this day we are friends. Gene is smart, kind, and there for his clients. We worked with Gene for the purchase of our new home, the purchase of our son's home, and sales of several rental properties, and not to mention our prior home. Gene is a real pleasure to work with. We would not trust the sale of our home to anyone else, other than Gene. We also recommended him to other family and friends. Gene is friendly, very knowledgeable, responsive, and awesome to work with.

Seller reviewGene has always been on top of what is going on with the sale and kept us in formed. He's advised us from the posting to the sale of the property. He assisted with ensuring repair contractors had immediate urgent access to the property. Gene was very dependable and could always be reached. During settlement he addressed and questioned line items (water bill and mortgage pay off amounts) which resulted in a refund after closing. It is always a pleasure to work with. He has proven time and time again that we are in good hands with Gene handling our real estate affairs. We love working with Gene. He is not only very knowledgeable, he has proven to be invaluable throughout the full process. I would highly recommend Gene to all of my friends and family looking to buy or sell their property in the area.

Seller reviewWhile Gene Sementilli is a long time friend whose knowledge of the local real estate market I high respect I still interviewed 3 agents before making my decision. Gene definitely "Knocked It Out Of The Park!" He arrived at my house on time, gave a very detailed presentation on the current market, answered my many questions and concerns and then toured the inside and outside of my property pointing out things that should be taken care of and giving advise on making my house more attractive to potential buyers. What really impressed me is that he did this wearing a business suit and very nice leather shoes while walking through wet grass! He kept in touch while I prepared the house for sale, giving staging advice, a final walk through before listing and walked me through each offer submitted helping me narrow my choice to the perfect buyer. Gene's experience and knowledge made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire selling process. I will highly recommend Gene Sementilli to my friends.
