Gina was amazing. This was our first home-buying experience and it would have been completely overwhelming if she hadn't been there to help us every step of the way. She really knows the area and took the time to understand what we were looking for. She wasn't afraid to tell us no when we found a house that wouldn't have been a good fit. When we found a house we wanted, she got us in to see it the very next morning. In fact, that was a hallmark of our experience with her- she put Jimmy Johns to shame in terms of freaky fast delivery. Any time we got off the phone with her we'd have new documents in our email inbox within hours. She patiently answered our every question and helped us understand the complex process. She helped us negotiate and fought for what needed to happen to make the deal go through. She really was an incredible ally for us and we appreciated her knowledge, determination, and patience. She's also just plain nice :) I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area!

Gina McAndrews was so helpful in recommending changes to be made before putting my house up for sale. Then and after the inspection she helped get bids for work to be done, opened the door so I didn't need to go back, and seeing that the work was done properly.
