She was also extremely helpful in trying to find a property that would suit my needs, including the search on her own for properties that were not even for sale. She contacted owners and obtain permissions and agree-ability to sell. I would strongly recommend Gina Mc Andrews to friends and family. She allows you the time to think thru the process, and decide on your own about the property. In comparing properties she points in detail and discreetly pros-cons of the different options. Gina McAndrews is very polite and correct with seller always looking for the best interest of the buyer (me in this case). In the occasions in which dealings were necessary with another broker (in my case the seller's broker was rude on her demands) she stood up on my best interest, correctly and assertively. I would definitely recommend Gina McAndrews as a broker to purchase your home.
