I would definitely recommend her to military service members seeking a realtor in the Tampa area. She is very personable, and exceptionally knowledgeable with regard to the local market. Ginger was excellent and attentive through the process. We live out of the area and were not available for the inspections or final walk through. Ginger attended and gave feedback anytime it was necessary. Ginger seems like she is very experienced and really new what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her in the future.

We were given 2 people to meet with and choose from in the USAA program. Ginger was immediate in her first contact and went above and beyond to start the information process and had answers for many questions we had. She was also the first one to set a time to meet, in person. She was prompt, well-prepared, was extremely knowledgeable in the relocation process, honest and informative. Without even meeting with the other broker, we knew she would be the choice. Compared to the other broker's first contact, which was just that. A contact, quick call to set up a meeting and nothing more. Meeting him, he was not prepared, barely had gotten anything together, not very informative and it was an easy "no".
