As a long-time resident of Middletown and a licensed New Jersey Realtor, Hope and her family moved here in 2005 (her husband was born and raised in Middletown), and she's been in love with the area ever since. Hope has enjoyed helping her clients to realize their real estate goals - whether it's selling a home or finding a new one - she prides herself on a true hands-on approach for the smoothest possible transaction, within her clients' ideal timeframe. A member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors®, Hope has recently taken on the responsibility of training new agents within the office, in addition to her busy day to day schedule. Seller reviewHope Raymond is a truly excellent realtor. I can not recommend her highly enough. She has plenty of knowledge about the whole process of real estate sales, and is patient and so organized. I feel like we didn't have to do much of anything; Hope guided us and handled everything flawlessly. Our property sold quickly and at a very good price, all thanks to Hope.

Seller reviewHope was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being aggressive with us. She respected our opinion every step of the way and never tried to push us in a direction that we did not want to go, I think her suggestion to bring in a "stager" was critical because the house was vacant. She was always responsive to anything we asked or needed. We would not user anyone else in the future.
