Working with Janice and Brian really made this new house we purchased feel like home. Looking through many houses, we developed a great relationship and understanding of each other. They were patient and kind. They knew our wants and needs for a new home and there never felt like there was pressure on us. Janice Martin was a great help in selling the property. We can't think of anything she could have done better to sell the property. The commission rate charged by the broker was higher than we expected and higher than we would have like to have paid - however Janice Martin did a great job!
