Julie did a great job as Jim's transaction specialist. It was a pleasure working with Julie. The sale of my condo was complicated because of issues with the HOA that were out of my control. Jim was able to navigate these issues and provide me with solid advice to get the transaction completed in a reasonable amount of time. Jim has been sending me postcards for several years. He has done a great job in his marketing to show that he is an expert in my local market, which is why I chose to work with him.
