I fully trusted all the advice and details and he truly hit it out of the park. It was a completely worry-free experience. Jim and his team were very professional and most of all highly competent. I recommend Jim Field above any other agent. There is no doubt he is the best. This was my first experience selling a house and I have to say it was a real blessing to have such a caring honest agent to represent our interests. He is the best of the best. Jim field is a very hard worker with a tremendous understanding of the market and all its workings. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way beyond what I expected.

Jim arranged for many potential buyers to come and view the property and obtained feedback from them about their concerns. A buyer did see the value in the property and Jim worked with this buyer to address all the concerns and facilitate a timing closing. Jim secured a very good price for the property and took care of many issues to numerous to list here. I am very pleased with Jim's work and would highly recommend Jim to others.
