I found James is highly knowledgable and experienced in the UTC area of San Diego. He is in touch with the market supply and demands and understands how to market and sell a home as well as find the right buyer. He is connected in the area and uses his network to find matches between buyers and sellers that you wouldn't get with less experienced agents. Our unit sold in a matter of weeks due to his ability to tap into his network. I highly recommend James Field.
