Seller reviewThe day before Jim was going to put my property on the market, a sewage backup occurred causing damage that required repairs. I had already moved out of town and had no way to return and assess the situation immediately. Luckily, Jim and his team were very patient with me and understanding of the situation. They went the extra mile to get repair estimates and work done while keeping me updated of what was going on. Once repairs were done, Jim was able to find a buyer in less than a week. I was able to complete all paperwork and transactions remotely and the process went very smoothly. In the end, I was able to sell my property for greater than market value! Big thanks to Jim and his team for sticking with me through this entire process. They went above and beyond to get me out of a bad situation!
