Seller reviewJoe Vitale was perfect in every regard. I've had dealings with other realtors, having bought/sold a number of other homes. Joe is in an entirely different class! He's attentive to details, very professional, very responsive, very ethical--a word that my other realtors seemed to have never heard. He was truly a seller's agent. Previous realtors were not. I've since engaged Joe as a buyer's agent, and I have complete confidence in him.

Generally a good guy looking out for my interest Worked around my schedule which was difficult and cme up with e signing as best option Joe helped me with providing me with a rental until I found a house. He made sure I was comfortable with my choices. His knowledge kept me aware of updates needed in homes to make sure if the houses were worth making an offer or not. It took a year in a very difficult market but I finely have my home.
