Buyer reviewWe met Joe at an open house while browsing the housing market in the Lansing area for a future home. We explained to Joe that we were first time home buyers and weren't in any particular hurry. We wanted to feel 100% comfortable going through the home buying process. He sat us down on a Friday evening, hand wrote a step by step process of buying a home explaining each step with plenty of tips and suggestions. We broke down what we were looking for in a house and searched at our pace/comfort level. Whenever we wanted to see a house, Joe almost always got us a viewing the same day. Each step of the way we were comfortable that we could ask any question (silly or not) regarding the process. If on the rare occasion he didn't know the answer, he knew someone who did and would relay it back to us quickly. It was a pleasure working with Joe Vitale for our first home buying experience.
