Kandice was quick to complete any paperwork, responded to inquiries faster than I expected (even when it was later in the evening), and always kept things practical, upbeat, and positive. She provides advice when asked but doesn't interject with her own opinions when it comes to buyer preferences otherwise. This created an environment where the buyer's choices seemed to come first, which I appreciated.
