Seller reviewI first worked with Kandice in 2009 when I purchased the house I just sold. I had consulted several Realtors before selecting her. She was the only one who seemed to understand what I need from my realtor! That was more important than even the price of the house! It was a no-brainer when it came time to sale my house as to who my realtor would be. I have referred Kandice Scheigert to people for 6 years and will continue to do so. I couldn't have gotten a better Person, nor a better realtor, because I don't believe one exists! Thank you, Kandice, for understanding your clients! If you are looking for a realtor who listens, who genuinely cares, who is extremely personable, who have to call Kandice. She is very professional, but in a way that pulls you into a safety net, of sorts. I never lost faith that she would get the job done... not when purchasing or selling my house.
