Seller reviewKandice did an excellent job marketing my home! A few weeks before we listed my home, she placed her sign in the yard with a "Coming Soon!" sign on top of that to draw interest. She also networked my listing with fellow co-workers and friends to draw interest. Then she scheduled open houses, including one on Valentines Day ( which surprisingly, had an excellent turn-out!). Kandice is always professional, but really made the sale process easy and fun! I have already recommended Kandice to some of my old neighbors that I know have plans to move within in the next few years. I don't usually provide recommendations either, so that is "huge" coming from me!

She has gone above and beyond to assist with providing additional access for contractors as I was out of town most of the time. All communication was clear and concise. She was always pleasant with a friendly hello and a smile. I wish the realtors (2) I used in my new location was half as good as Kandice was.
