I have a passion for real estate and exceeding the expectations of my clients. Whether in business or life, integrity is my driving force. My first year in real estate I was awarded Rookie of Year based on servicing my clients and overall sales. And since then, I have not looked back. My goal is provide my clients with the best class service in helping them buy and/or sell their home. Prior to real estate, I worked in sales/marketing and national account management where my strengths included negotiating contracts, building relationships with clients, developing sales and marketing strategies and driving sales. I graduated from Adelphi University where I earned a Bachelor of Science. Being a REALTOR has allowed me the opportunity to bring together my extensive and ever-evolving knowledge of the real estate market with my skills and strengths from my past work experiences which allows me the fully understand and address every client's needs. I am constantly driven to deliver at the highest level possible. My goal is when you ask any past clients of mine about me, they will say I was: committed, led with integrity, hardworking, professional, approachable and persistent! Seller reviewKelli has been amazing! We couldn't ask for better. She provided valuable advice about how to show our home and even helped us move furniture, clean windows and add staging props. She walked us through each step of the process - from listing, pricing our condo, showings, negotiating and the final sale. She has been professional, patient and goes above and beyond when answering our questions or addressing our concerns. She has been part realtor and part therapist as we navigated the process. Kelli makes a point to get to know her clients and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy. She is knowledgeable about real estate, the current market and the local area. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelli Williams. She is not only a great realtor, she's a great person!

Buyer reviewI was nervous about stepping into the realm of being a first time home buyer. Kelli quickly took all those nerves away. She is so genuine and professional. She has a passion for what she does and it shows. It is not too often that you come across someone who genuinely cares, but Kelli does. She took the time to walk me through the entire process and she made sure I was well informed. She was by side the entire time and I am grateful for her help. Buying a home is a huge decision and it is so much easier when you have amazing people in your corner. I would recommend Kelli to anyone.

As first-time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect, but Kelli was so clear and communicative with us every step of the process. She's a true professional and also very approachable! Her timeliness in responding to our questions and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and local properties made us feel confident that we were working with the best. As first-time homebuyers, we had several questions, but she never once made us feel like we were bothering her or wasting her time. Kelli made us feel like our needs and wants were a priority, and she went over and beyond to help make us feel comfortable and excited at closing. After buying our first house, I now know that much of the homebuying experience rests on the shoulders of the relationship you have with your realtor and the type of communication, outlook and attitude they bring to the table. Our experience was very positive thanks to Kelli and we would highly recommend her to everyone we know!

Seller reviewWe worked with Kelli Williams when we bought our home 6 years ago and loved her! She helped us rent out our townhome for 6 years after that and then recently helped us sell it. I will only ever use Kelli! She's awesome! She knows what she's talking about and follows through. She goes above and beyond! She helped me with staging, finding a painter, cleaning company, making small repairs, and even offered to help me pick weeds!! She's very honest and trustworthy. She's the best!! Everyone in the office was really friendly and professional. Love this place!! I highly recommend Kelli Williams and Century 21 New Millenium.
