I began my career in the Real Estate field as a secretary for CENTURY 21 Liggio Realty in 1981. I worked there for 7 years before deciding to stay home with my 2 sons. I then returned to work in the Real Estate market as an assistant for 2 Top Producers in 1988. I became a licensed realtor in 2004 & currently I am a full time agent. I am a multi-million dollar producer & have also obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. This award is the result of satisfied customers. Seller reviewThis was our second time around with Kim and just like the first time she knocked it out of the park. No matter the time or day Kim always took our phone calls. She was patient and always had the time to hear our concerns or answer our questions. She was a huge resource for us when we moved to and out of Louisiana, and I can't imagine having done it without her. I wish we could have used her where we moved to. Thank you Kim!

She pointed out flaws I never would have noticed. It was a most pleasurable experience working with her. Any other home buyer would be lucky to have her as their agent. Five Stars

Seller reviewThis is our second time using Kim as our real estate agent, and both times we had a great experience. She is great at comimunicating information along, informing you, and also negotiating. We were able to get our house sold very quickly! She is wonderful at what she does and we had a great experience. I would highly recommend her whether buying or selling!

Buyer reviewFrom the start Kim listened and understood my needs and wants when looking for a home. You hear horror stories of how bad home buying is, but Kim made the entire process very smooth. I was moving from Ohio to Louisiana, and was not able to see the home in person prior to closing day. Kim worked with me in order to do a live video walkthrough. She negotiated an amazing deal with the seller for me, found an amazing home, and even informed me that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not realizing how bad it was, I went forward with the purchase. When I arrived in person to see the house, Kim offered to pay for professional cleaning that the seller failed to do. At the last minute, the seller unexpectedly got cold feet and ceased all communication, even not showing up for closing. lol remained professional the entire time, understood that I was very anxious, and talked me through the whole process! Finally the seller showed up, and I was able to close! I WILL use Kim again in the future!
