I began my career in the Real Estate field as a secretary for CENTURY 21 Liggio Realty in 1981. I worked there for 7 years before deciding to stay home with my 2 sons. I then returned to work in the Real Estate market as an assistant for 2 Top Producers in 1988. I became a licensed realtor in 2004 & currently I am a full time agent. I am a multi-million dollar producer & have also obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. This award is the result of satisfied customers. She was pleasant to work with and took the time to explain things to us throughout the process. Kim was easy to work with and she always listened to the questions that we had. When we finally decided on a house, it was a short sale and there were so many unknowns, but she was patient and persistent in getting all of our questions answered in a timely manner in order to close the deal for us.
