I began my career in the Real Estate field as a secretary for CENTURY 21 Liggio Realty in 1981. I worked there for 7 years before deciding to stay home with my 2 sons. I then returned to work in the Real Estate market as an assistant for 2 Top Producers in 1988. I became a licensed realtor in 2004 & currently I am a full time agent. I am a multi-million dollar producer & have also obtained the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. This award is the result of satisfied customers. First time I spoke with Kim Grainger she was straight forward and didn't sugarcoat anything. The fact that she was realistic and down to earth was the reason that my wife and I chose to go with her. The mortgage company we had chosen, at the end, became very difficult to communicate with. Thankfully Kim Grainger was able to bridge the gap and allow the ball to continue to roll. Anytime I called her with an issue, it was resolved almost immediately. She was on her game 100% of the time. I've kind of spoke about her performance in the comments before. Polite, reliable, effective, timely, and very approachable are ones that exceeded our expectations. As a first time home buyer with very little knowledge going in, Kim Grainger was able to walk my wife and I through every step of the process.
