She met me immediately after I contacted her, worked around her schedule and a pre-planned vacation she had to make sure I got to see the most amount of houses possible. Was brutally honest about home construction, neighborhoods, CDD fees, planned development and issues with agencies. She was incredibly aggressive with negotiations with the Seller's agency and got me to a settlement price I never would have guessed. She also fought to get every benefit I could, actively engaged on mortgage rates, utilities, and insurance to make sure I was getting the top dollar deal.
