I am a longtime DC resident having lived in Dupont Circle & Logan Circle before buying a home in the U Street Corridor. It was my own home buying experience that inspired me to become a real estate agent. I strive to provide my clients with the information and resources needed to make sound decisions during the home buying and selling process.My background is in advertising & marketing where I worked as an art director and designer for clients such as The World Bank, NIH, Amtrak, USAirways & Sheraton. From this field, I bring a strong design aesthetic, effective communication skills, and an ability to understand and respond to client needs. I have excellent listening skills, am patient, organized and attentive to detail. I enjoy interacting with clients and am committed to providing great, honest service.I'm an intermediate Spanish speaker and I love traveling abroad and exploring other parts of the world. Seller reviewI met Kim in 2017 when I bought this property. Her knowledge of the Riverdale area and her expertise in the housing market in general are phenomenal! She is a professional and so pleasant to work with. When it was time to sell--she was my absolute go-to. My house needed some work after being temporarily rented--Kim handled all the repair estimates (I live out-of-state. In the end, I got $15k over asking and sold the first week!!! I STRONGLY recommend her!
