We met Kim Vilov when she showed us a property in Maryland, back in 2014, when we were first time home buyers. Kim had this great capacity to make us think about things we were not aware of. She was going through forms with us, explaining purpose and considerations of these clearly and in layman's terms, which was so helpful for us at the time, when we simply felt overwhelmed by the sole thought of buying real estate. For these reasons, we wanted Kim to be our agent when we decided to buy another property in 2018. Here again, her communication style worked really well, and we bought a house that perfectly fit our needs. This time, we were selling, so we weren't familiar with the process, but we knew Kim would make it seem so easy. And she did do just that....even through a Pandemic. We decided to sell in December 2019, and decided then to put our property on the market in April 2020. Little did we know this timing would be one of the most disruptive times (COVID-19). As the pandemic developed, Kim stayed calm and professional, and focused on staying informed while procedures were changing and new forms were coming into play. She offered creative ways to navigate a time in which contact needed to be reduced to a minimum (e.g., 3D video tour). Kim took the new circumstance into consideration to estimate the sale price, and sold our property for a price higher than we had expected, and in the same time frame we would have expected before the pandemic hit. In short, she was expedient, up-to-date, clear, and enjoyable to work with, despite the circumstances. Kim Vilov is an awesome real estate agent! We are very satisfied. Our experience was excellent, despite the COVID-19 circumstances.
