The process felt very collaborative and she helped in every way she could to ensure we received top dollar for our property. We had some unexpected issues that caused escrow to be delayed by 2 weeks but Maria was super communicative with the buyers agents and was able to make the transaction happen!

She knew exactly how to market and price my home to ensure I got the highest dollar. She was able to generate 18 offers within the first weekend of being on the market. Maria was able to create a bidding war to drive up the final sales price. She kept me well informed of all details throughout the entire process so I never had to worry about anything. Maria was able to get my house into escrow at well over the asking price and was also able to negotiate an "as-is" sale and a free rent back for me also since I had to find another home. I highly recommend using Maria for your realtor and you will be happy you did.
