Seller reviewMaria was outstanding in helping me sell me house for significantly over the asking price, and for what was one of the prices paid per square foot for any house in our neighborhood. Buyer reviewI am actually an agent who purchased this home for my own personal residence. So I really appreciate how hard Maria worked to put my deal together and how professional she remained throughout the entire transaction. She even paid attention to details after escrow had closed and wanted the home to be given to me clean, so she was in the kitchen working on the floors herself to make sure I was a happy camper after the close of escrow. I know the seller was not computer savvy so Maria would have to go in person for all discussions and to get any paper work completed. There were several occasions throughout the transaction that Maria went the extra mile in researching information for me and getting answers from the HOA.

Buyer reviewMaria, was Amazing throughout this whole transaction. She walked me through this process and figuratively held my hands. She eased my tensions and worries. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. Now, when it came to negotiating and fighting for me, well, she was in my corner all of the way. There was one instance when the title company was trying to charge me an exorbitant fee for a specific service and Maria said "Absolutely Not !! " She convinced them to lower their price by over 50%. I was very impressed that they capitulated so easily. Maria was and is very Wonderful. It seemed that she worked tirelessly. I usually had questions for her late into the night and she was always right there answering them. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Maria ....... I could not have gotten here without you ..... Due to her excellent marketing of the property, there were over 90 visitors at the open house in the first weekend. She received multiple offers and negotiated the highest offer for me. She was able to find a buyer within the first week of the home being listed. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and was able to secure an offer that was $50,000 over list price. She worked tirelessly in ensuring that I was completely satisfied at all times by providing frequent updates and responding to all my calls and questions promptly. She was on top of all the details relating to this transaction and as a result the process went very smoothly for the opening to the closing of escrow.
