Seller reviewMaria was terrific to work with. When I was first given her name I contacted her. She was happy to provide me feedback about my property while I was unable to be in Florida. She also gave me insight about the market and helped me with the property before I even signed the contract to sell my unit! Due to the construction situation at Seagate, Maria was extremely helpful with navigating how to sell the property. She provided me with names and phone numbers of service providers: painters, plumbers, electricians , sliding glass door repair people, cleaning people, carpet cleaning services, junk removal services, etc. If I needed it, Maria was able to provide names of good people, with great references, who could get the work done in a timely manner. She went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with great service. She is a pro active professional and she does it with grace and a smile! I highly recommend her if you are selling a property in South Florida.
