She advertised it online and was very active in following up on all showings. She dealt with the lawyer and Management company to successfully get things done. Maria Costa is an expert in her field. She was able to answer all questions in a timely manner and was extremely professional at all times. I would recommend her for all real estate needs There was no reason to call the office because Maria was on top of every situation and need based on my experience selling this apartment This was a very easy, successful experience and would recommend and use Maria again as my agent
